The Early Adopter Program.
The MountAIn Early Adopter Program gives selected teams a controlled route to test a real edge-AI deployment question, reproduce an agreed result and help shape the path towards production.

MountAIn is building for the point where a trained model meets real hardware and a real application.
The programme is designed to answer a bounded question quickly: can this model become useful on this target under the constraints that matter?
It is also a way for serious technical users to influence compatibility, workflow and product priorities with evidence from genuine projects.
Begin with three things:

Model
What is trained and what task does it perform?

Target
What hardware is selected or being evaluated?

Success condition
What measurable result would justify the next step?
How it works
Apply
Submit the model family, target and success condition through the shared enquiry form. Do not upload proprietary files at this stage.
Fit review
MountAIn reviews technical fit, scope and readiness. If the programme is not the right route, the team will point to a more appropriate next step where possible.
Agree the evaluation
Selected participants confirm the inputs, test conditions, access route and definition of success.
Run and reproduce
Work through the agreed evaluation, surface blockers and reproduce the result with the relevant conditions attached.
Play, Build and Ship
The outcome may be a deeper Ready or Onboard engagement, a product feedback action, or a clear decision that the current route is not viable.
The programme is a strong fit when...
- A trained model or representative model family exists
- A target is selected or the shortlist is narrow
- The team can state a practical deployment constraint
- A technical owner can participate directly
- The result will inform a real product or ecosystem decision
It is less likely to fit when the project is still looking for a use case, the model does not yet exist or the request is for unrestricted production access.
What participants receive
- A defined evaluation path
- Confirmed inputs, constraints and test conditions
- Access to the relevant workflow for the programme
- Technical guidance for agreed blockers
- A documented result and next-step decision
What MountAIn needs from participants
- A focused technical use case
- Honest target and system constraints
- Timely feedback on blockers and workflow
- Agreement on what may and may not be used as public evidence
- A named technical contact who can reproduce the work
Access and support
The programme is invite-only and scoped to evaluation. It is not a general free trial, an unrestricted production licence or a promise of support for every model and target.
Use one channel for specific technical blockers and a separate feedback path for broader workflow or product discussion. Publish the actual channels only after they are operationally confirmed.
A useful outcome is a decision. Success is not access for its own sake. It is a credible answer, backed by conditions the team can understand: proceed, change the route or stop before more engineering time is committed.
